Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Grease ramekins with butter and place them on a baking tray.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Add the powdered sugar and stir until smooth.
  5. Incorporate the eggs and yolks, mixing well.
  6. Add the vanilla extract.
  7. Fold in the flour and salt gently.
  8. Divide the batter evenly among the ramekins.
  9. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until the edges are set but the center is gooey.
  10. Cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates to serve.
