- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Crush the Oreo cookies using a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin until fine. Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed Oreos until it resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to create a sturdy crust.
- Make the filling: Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the melted white chocolate, sugar, and vanilla extract, beating until creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add in more crushed Oreo cookies, folding them into the cream mixture.
- Assemble the cheesecake by pouring the creamy filling over the prepared crust and smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or overnight for a firmer texture.
- Serve chilled, garnished with crushed Oreos or chocolate shavings if desired.
