Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the baking sheet with parchment paper or cooking spray.
- Trim away damaged leaves and slice the cabbage into thick rounds (¾-inch).
- Whisk together olive oil (or butter), garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the spice mixture over both sides of each cabbage steak.
- Arrange the steaks on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve with optional toppings like Parmesan or parsley.
