- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the orzo pasta according to the package instructions, about 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
- Prepare the vegetables by combining cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, and fresh basil in a large mixing bowl.
- Make the dressing by whisking olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Combine the cooled orzo with the vegetable mixture, pour the dressing over, and gently toss to mix.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature, optionally garnishing with extra basil or feta.
