Description

A delightful dessert that combines flaky puff pastry, rich whipped cream, and fresh raspberries.


Ingredients

  • Puff pastry sheets
  • Heavy cream
  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into rectangles, generally 3×3 or 4×4 inches.
  4. Place the pastry rectangles on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Allow the pastry to cool for a few minutes.
  6. Whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  7. Assemble the Napoleons by layering pastry, whipped cream, and raspberries alternatively.
  8. Serve with a light dusting of powdered sugar and enjoy!
