- Puff pastry sheets
- Heavy cream
- Powdered sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into rectangles, generally 3×3 or 4×4 inches.
- Place the pastry rectangles on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the pastry to cool for a few minutes.
- Whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Assemble the Napoleons by layering pastry, whipped cream, and raspberries alternatively.
- Serve with a light dusting of powdered sugar and enjoy!
