Description

A delicious and refreshing drink combining strawberries, bananas, and yogurt, perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash strawberries, hull them and slice in half. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk.
  3. Blend until smooth: Blend mixture for about 30-60 seconds until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  4. Add sweetness: If desired, add honey and blend again for a few seconds.
  5. Cool it down: Add ice cubes for a chilled smoothie and blend until ice is crushed.
  6. Serve and enjoy: Pour into a glass and garnish as desired.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruits. Adjust sweetness and add greens for extra nutrients.
