- 1 cup strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup vegan yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Wash the strawberries under running water, hull them, and slice in half. Cut the watermelon into small cubes, removing any seeds.
- Blend the diced watermelon, halved strawberries, vegan yogurt, and lime juice in a blender until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Add ice cubes if you desire a colder or thicker smoothie, then blend again until incorporated.
- Serve the smoothie in glasses and garnished with a slice of watermelon or fresh strawberries.
Notes
For added nutrition, consider adding spinach or chia seeds. Experiment with sweeteners to taste.
