A refreshing and nutritious watermelon smoothie perfect for hot days or a healthy breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, diced
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup vegan yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash the strawberries under running water, hull them, and slice in half. Cut the watermelon into small cubes, removing any seeds.
  2. Blend the diced watermelon, halved strawberries, vegan yogurt, and lime juice in a blender until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  3. Add ice cubes if you desire a colder or thicker smoothie, then blend again until incorporated.
  4. Serve the smoothie in glasses and garnished with a slice of watermelon or fresh strawberries.

Notes
