Ingredients

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roast the halved strawberries drizzled with honey in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
  3. Combine the crumbled feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon zest in a mixing bowl.
  4. Blend the mixture until creamy and smooth using a hand mixer or food processor.
  5. Spread the whipped feta on a plate and top with the roasted strawberries, drizzling any remaining juices over the top.
