- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roast the halved strawberries drizzled with honey in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Combine the crumbled feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon zest in a mixing bowl.
- Blend the mixture until creamy and smooth using a hand mixer or food processor.
- Spread the whipped feta on a plate and top with the roasted strawberries, drizzling any remaining juices over the top.
