- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 14 oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
- 8 oz jarred artichoke hearts (drained, squeezed dry, and chopped)

- Zest of a lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic (finely minced)
- 1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1.5 cup grated gruyère cheese
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt + black pepper
- 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Add the olive oil to a medium skillet over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute.
- Stir in the thawed and squeezed dry chopped spinach and heat through. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Mix in the spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, lemon zest, shredded mozzarella, grated parmesan, and grated gruyère cheese.
- Season the mixture with red chili flakes, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets, making them slightly thinner.
- Place the pastry on prepared baking sheets and spoon the filling into the center, leaving a border.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and brush with the egg wash.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
